Responsibilities
• Take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals.• Work in a team-based environment with peers.• Learn, grow, and have fun throughout the internship.• Manage a fleet of vehicles.• Take care of customers.• Develop marketing strategies.• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.• Complete intern projects.• Engage in friendly competition with peers.• Potentially eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
Requirements
• Must be graduating in August 2024, December 2024, or May 2025.• Enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program.• Must start and attend orientation class on 5/13/2024.• Must make a 10-12 week commitment.• Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing, or management experience.• Leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, or military also considered.• Experience as a student athlete also considered.• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record in the past 5 years.• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
