Responsibilities
• Develop skills in leading a guest culture that prioritizes the guest experience• Evaluate business reports and drive results in talent, guest experience, business, and store operations• Execute operational functions and manage workload independently and with a team• Assess store layout, inventory levels, and merchandise handling• Drive sales and increase guest loyalty through company strategies• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented associates• Assess associate performance and identify training needs• Lead a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and compliance• Inspire and motivate a team through feedback and coaching• Set goals and expectations for associates and ensure accountability• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates
Requirements
• Build rapport, trust, and communicate effectively to enhance growth and job performance• Interpret and apply company procedures, policies, and adapt to technology needs• Work well independently and within a team environment• Demonstrate operational agility based on business objectives• Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up on store activities• Establish goals, guide employee performance, and hold self and others accountable• Work varying hours, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays• Relocate within the company when required• Bachelor's or Associate Degree from an accredited university or college• 1-2 years of recommended retail experience• Adaptable, motivated, and self-starter• Effective interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
