Graham Technologies (GTECH) is actively seeking a Management Consultant to support the office's daily operations and assist in managing communication with the Military Treatment Facility Directorate (MTFD) team. The analyst will be responsible for advising on and executing activities that support the Network and the MTFs' education and training requirements.
Responsibilities: Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing the daily operations of the office. Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of office activities. Communication: Facilitate communication within the MTFD team. Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders. Advisement and Execution: Advise on activities in support of the Network's goals and objectives. Execute tasks related to MTFs education and training requirements. Program Support: Provide support for various programs and initiatives within the office. Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects. Data Collection and Analysis: Support data collection efforts related to educational and training programs. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a government background check. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 5-10 years of experience as a management and program analyst. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in military or healthcare environments. Familiarity with the operations of Military Treatment Facilities. Advanced skills in project management and coordination. PMP certification or similar.
