Responsibilities
• Learn, utilize, and teach direct sales techniques to entry-level employees• Present product features and benefits to customers• Understand all products/services offered by clients• Represent clients in a professional manner• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts• Report sales metrics to upper management• Identify weaknesses and devise coaching plans for team members• Attend meetings and training sessions• Lead, recognize, and train successful team members
Requirements
• 1 year of experience working with people in any industry• 2 or 4-year college degree recommended• Excellent communication skills• Goal-oriented and able to follow through• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Versatility and comfortability with multitasking• Initiative and problem-solving skills• Fast decision making skills
