About the Position Join our dynamic team as a Management Analyst and be at the forefront of driving impactful change for our federal client in Hanover, Maryland. At Rockwood, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives critical to our national security, utilizing your expertise in portfolio, program, project, and change management.
As a Management Analyst, you'll dive deep into evaluating existing procedures, processes, and systems, crafting innovative solutions and best practices tailored to our client's needs. Your keen analytical skills will be put to the test as you collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, providing valuable insights to shape the future state of our client's mission.
You'll have the opportunity to create and execute project plans, tracking progress and mitigating risks along the way. Additionally, you'll stay ahead of the curve by monitoring relevant legislation, regulations, and policy proposals, ensuring our client remains agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
You will also play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative dialogues and cultivating solutions by leading discussions on change management, governance and effective teamwork strategies.

What We're Looking For Top Secret/SCI Clearance or TS with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Behavior, or related field 4+ years of professional experience with a focus on organizational change management or project management Demonstrated expertise in surveys, report generation, and/or business process analysis for business process improvement Proactive problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities Client-centric focus with exceptional organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools Leadership prowess with a passion for mentoring others around change management and/or project management strategies, methodologies and tools Willingness to work full-time onsite at our client's location in Hanover, MD Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Coaching and Facilitation certification Human centered design certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Association of Change Management Professionals certifications and training Lean Six Sigma Certification Prior experience in optimizing employee development processes Experience with the use of business analysis and process modelling tools such as Visio and Lucidchart CATMS Experience Master's Degree Our Unique Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to keep you and your family covered.
