Key Responsibilities: Drive engagement, investigation, and resolution on operational Problem management topics Analyze data to understand customer issues, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and create prioritized backlog items and solutions for impacted services Contribute to and/or lead the resolution of ongoing high-priority production issues Use statistical tools and techniques to identify process gaps, root cause issues, and drive data driven decision making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate business impacts, develop best practice plans, and communicate final recommendations to prevent recurrence of high-priority Incidents Skills & Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Infrastructure knowledge of Cloud, Networks, Load Balancers, Servers, Firewalls Self-starter with a knack for debugging complex issues Advanced understanding of data sources & relationships, reporting tools and systems knowledge, including experience in measuring, and managing data quality Education/Certifications: ITIL certification a plus Location: Columbia, SC.
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 50% remote work.


The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
