Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and have great attention to detail.
Tasks include, but are not limited to: Make Ready Apartment Homes Preventative Maintenance Work Order Completion during both normal business hours and after hours for emergency repairs Assist in the purchase, installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing, heating, air conditioning fixtures and appliances Snow Removal during winter months Performs maintenance inspections Qualifications: Must work well in a team environment Problem solver with a high sense of urgency Ability to work well without supervision Strong attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry Exceptional customer service skills Safe and neat work habits 1-3 years verifiable experience Premier Property Management offers a competitive compensation package that includes the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Short Term Disability, Employer Paid Long Term Disability and Life Insurance 401k plans with employer contributions Paid holidays Paid Personal Time Off Advancement opportunities Professional Career Development and Training Opportunities Premier Property Management is an equal employment opportunity, drug free employer. Compensation- $17-$21/hr depending on experience
