Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an entry level Maintenance Technician to fill a vacancy within our maintenance staff to help us keep our plant, equipment, machinery and facility in good operating condition. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical maintenance with a good work ethic who is capable of working independently and on a team. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within the company and focused on improving their skill set.
Responsibilities: Preventative maintenance of equipment including inspection, basic upkeep, and replacement. Assisting with major repairs/installs Facility maintenance and grounds keeping Skills and Qualifications: Basic mechanical skills (trouble shooting, hand tools, power tools, test equipment) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and CMMS) Ability to meet physical requirements of job. Not required but a plus: Electrical troubleshooting/repair Plumbing Welding HVAC Hydraulics Pneumatics Education and Experience: High School or Equivalent
Mechanical/Electrical training or background
Pay ranges from $18-25/hour based on experience.
