Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery• Install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process• Work with maintenance and engineers• Troubleshoot and repair CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies• Program PLC's and HMI's• Work with three phase power and control voltages• Use shop tools and testing/measuring equipment for electromechanical control systems
Requirements
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies• Knowledge of programming PLC's, HMI's, and PC based systems• Knowledge of working with three phase power and control voltages• Ability to use shop tools and testing/measuring equipment for electromechanical control systems• Experience in a manufacturing environment• Hydraulics experience• Electrical troubleshooting skills• Mechanical troubleshooting skills• PLC wiring experience• Proficiency in using servo motors, VFDs, and PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)• Experience with blow molding machines
