Position – Maintenance Technician
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – $20+/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Provide comprehensive maintenance support for the entire polishing pad manufacturing facility, encompassing office spaces, building grounds, and all on-site mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production, along with scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
Dismantle machinery, remove/replace defective parts, and conduct preventative maintenance on production machines (e.g., grease and oil).
Determine changes in part requirements by inspecting with various measuring instruments.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Qualifications
Strong track record of success in a manufacturing production maintenance environment
Previous training and experience in manufacturing maintenance is a must.
Experience using an ERP system; Shop Track and Syteline a plus.
Must be highly organized, motivated, and coachable.
