Responsibilities of Maintenance Manager Oversee a maintenance tasks and prioritize importance Grounds maintenance of the Kansas City metro market including mowing and lawn upkeep & snow removal  Minor painting, changing light bulbs, and upkeep of equipment Implementing safety policy and procedure Minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs Communicating with outside vendors as needed Here are our non-negotiables: Maintain a Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule Must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and bend You must have a valid driver's license Attention to detail and positive can do attitude Self-accountable and Integrity What's in it for you? $60K -$80K annually  Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and a Health Savings Account with B Street contribution Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time 401K Option with a company match Internal training and Potential for Growth within the Company We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
