We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with a knack for troubleshooting and diagnosis to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the operation and maintenance of robotic systems deployed in the field. This position demands a strong focus on safety protocols, technical abilities and effective communication. Comprehensive training will be provided to support professional growth.
Undergo comprehensive training provided from our technology partner, to master system usage and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Maintain seamless communication with customer via texting/video chat platform for real-time support and rapid issue resolution. Prioritize tasks based on guidelines provided by customer, with a focus on critical robot maintenance and operational duties. Conduct regular inspections, swiftly diagnose errors, and implement effective corrective measures. Assist in manual rebooting and recharging of robots following established procedures. Accurately document all maintenance actions while actively troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving any issues encountered. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area while strictly adhering to safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant field experience highly desired. Proficient in utilizing communication tools for seamless team collaboration. Mechanically inclined. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in following documented procedures and the capacity to work independently when required. Physical capability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.
