Responsibilities
• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner• Consult with Property Manager on any work order problems• Perform on-call emergency service• Report maintenance concerns for repairs• Assist in monitoring maintenance inventory and supplies• Assist Property Manager in special maintenance projects• Keep grounds and common areas clean• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude• Assist in setting up for resident functions and activities
Requirements
• Pass background screening and drug testing• Experienced in using hand tools• Valid driver's license and good driving record• Own transportation• Flexible schedule including weekends• Ability to work in all types of weather• Ability to lift heavy equipment and utilize a ladder• Good eye/hand coordination• Ability to differentiate colors
