What Your Day Will Be Like: Your typical day on our maintenance team will involve performing basic home repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Commute daily to luxury homes where you will perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks Perform property inspections Collaborate across departments and teams as well as with third parties Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned daily tasks Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of your work vehicle Ensure timely reporting and clear communication of issues encountered to your Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Previous maintenance experience is a plus Detail-oriented and punctual Strong mechanical ability Excellent troubleshooting skills Able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willing to learn and pitch in wherever necessary to assist the team COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Hourly Wage: $22 - $28 based on experience and achievement

The current on-call schedule is once every 6 weeks, starting at 5 pm on Sunday and ending at 8 am the following Sunday.
