Maintenance Technician

Job ObjectiveJoin the Carmel Beach Hotel team as a Maintenance Technician where exceptional service and attention to detail, create a memorable experience for our guests. We seek a skilled and dedicated professional to ensure our facilities remain in top condition, providing a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.Key Areas of Accountability:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.Conduct regular inspections of the property's systems and equipment to identify and address any issues.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience.Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including laundry and kitchen appliances, lighting, and fixtures.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all mechanical rooms, maintenance areas, and tools.Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and special functions.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment.Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.Perform preventive maintenance tasks as part of a preventive maintenance program..All other jobs assigned by GMs of properties.
