Responsibilities
• Complete apartment service tickets and log work orders accurately and timely• Prepare vacant apartments for turnover process• Keep grounds clean and free of debris• Provide excellent customer service to residents• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs• Perform minor carpentry repairs and painting• Clear drains and sewer lines• Have general knowledge of maintenance repair and service
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus• HVAC Certification is a plus
