We are Hiring a Maintenance Tech / Entry Level Service Technician!
Providing service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Job Title:
Maintenance Tech / Entry Level HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:
Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service
Delivering Excellent Customer service to our customers.
Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacement needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
Communicating with the service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training
Qualifications / Skills:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
1 + years of HVAC industry experience
Annual maintenance / clean and check experience desired but not required
EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certification or obtain once employed
Possession of required tools
Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass background check & drug screen
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired but not required
