Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00

What you will be doing: Troubleshoots and performs all necessary repairs to properties. Completes plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical repairs efficiently. Installs new appliances in properties as needed. Ensures timely response to resident service orders. Assists in maintaining a clean and visually appealing property exterior. Complies with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws. Communicates effectively with residents and property managers about maintenance concerns or updates. Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues. Performs other related duties as assigned. What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of technical training in a maintenance- related experience. Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to learn and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time. Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
