In this role, you will promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues, ensuring the well-being of residents and stakeholders. Your support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and moving in contributes to revenue generation. Additionally, you will actively communicate scheduled maintenance, discuss future plans for equipment upkeep, and provide input for capital budgeting.
This is a full-time position from Sunday - Thursday with hours from 10am - 6:30pm.
What you will need: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
