The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects and oversee maintenance, and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential, and service facilities. Job Responsibilities: Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task Grounds upkeep Responds to emergency maintenance calls Timely unit or office turnovers Responds to custodial needs as assigned Requirements: Understanding essential employee responsibilities Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers Benefits: Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Paid Vacation Accrued Sick Time Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Mileage Reimbursement Non-exempt hourly position starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly
