Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians, assigning tasks and responsibilities• Ensure team members are properly trained and equipped• Oversee routine maintenance of the Hatchery including controlling systems and/or robotic equipment• Provide support for the maintenance function in the Hatchery• Assist with general building maintenance and repairs• Operate and maintain vehicles, equipment, and buildings• Respond to maintenance work orders• Complete special projects as assigned• Aid contractors on construction/installation projects• Monitor hatchery conditions and address issues
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance and repair• Valid Driver's License• Certifications/Licensures in HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry preferred• Good problem-solving and time management skills• Strong leadership and management skills• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
