Some of the most important qualities we are looking for in someone in a maintenance position include being mechanically capable, a self-starter, driven and accountable. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for keeping our facility operating smoothly and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Responsibilities and Purpose Performing routine maintenance around the building. Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. Desired Experience and Education A valid Oklahoma Driver's License. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC. Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building.
