Responsibilities
• Inspection and oversight of existing and completed work orders• Mentoring and training new and existing maintenance staff members• Involvement with interviewing and selection of new maintenance team members• Provides monthly energy management recommendations• Identifies capital improvements and obtain estimates/bids• Assists in budget preparation for maintenance expenses
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in hotel, apartment, hospital maintenance/engineering with 2 years supervisory experience• Excellent customer service and computer skills• Ability to create and mentor a team• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and HVAC• H.V.A.C. or EPA Universal Certification required• Proven track record managing preventative maintenance program and capital projects
