Responsibilities
• Assisting the Facility General Manager in maintaining the appearance and function of the facility• Monitoring equipment and performing various maintenance tasks• Organizing and maintaining tools and inventory• Completing maintenance and cleaning logs• Working with auditors, inspectors, tradesmen, and contractors to ensure compliance and functionality of the facility• Assisting the Facility General Manager with any other facility needs• Checking with the Cultivation Manager daily• Performing physical labor in controlled environments
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building structures• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities• Excellent communication skills• Takes initiative in completing assigned tasks• Experience working within a regulated industry• Experience working in controlled environments on 20 ft ladder• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license• Must be at least 21 years of age• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)• HVAC: 3 years (desired)• Plumbing: 3 years (desired)• Electrical: 3 years (desired)
