Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner job duties: The Maintenance Planner is a person experienced in Do Maintenance who has the skills and knowledge to create a job package from the work order job scope.
The job package contains all the information about required labor, material, and services to ensure safe, effective, and efficient execution of the work.
The Maintenance planner follows his job plan to the field and supports the craftsman performing work by clarifying job plan steps, resolving issues associated with job plans, providing material take-offs when required and planning add-on scope change work.
As job plans are completed, the planner or field coordinator inspects the work to ensure that the job was executed as planned and is free of defects.
