Responsibilities
• Exercise and promote safety• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems• Perform fabrication, welding, carpentry duties, and other maintenance functions• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance• Install, maintain, repair complicated machine tools and plant equipment• Disassemble problem equipment and determine repairs needed• Perform maintenance on heavy machinery and building• Possess knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, read blueprints• Weld and fabricate• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred• Minimum Experience: At least 5 years as a heavy industrial millwright and/or maintenance mechanical technician, as well as welding experience• Certifications Required: Aerial lift, confined spaces, crane, fall protection, forklift, hot workers, lock-out/tag-out, pallet jack certifications• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: HS Diploma or GED preferred, additional training or degrees preferred• Working Conditions: 3rd shift - Weekdays Nights: M-W one week and M-Th the next 7p-7a or Weekend Nights: Th-Su one week and Fr-Su the next week 7p-7a
