We are looking for a person to assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of APP's machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and facilities. Job Requirements: Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines and equipment. Perform general maintenance and upkeep of company facilities including plumbing, plastering, sealing, etc. as needed. Assist other maintenance personnel with projects by performing simple maintenance, or providing small services to aid such as cutting, drilling, threading, joining, etc. Replace or repair machine belts, parts or tooling. Operate forklift, hydraulic clamps and/or air hoists for assisted transport of materials. Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement. Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required. Maintenance Mechanics classified as Etch-line Technicians are also responsible for the solution analysis and general maintenance of Etch line tanks and facilities. Ensure adherence to APP's policies and procedures, including our code of conduct and ethics policy, product safety, employee safety and cultural beliefs. Ensure adherence to all process specifications. Support the plant quality system goals/improvements and productivity goals/improvements within the scope of the job. Skill Requirements: Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace. In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person. English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension) Experience with similar maintenance or machinery is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training is provided for this position. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
