Responsibilities
• Contribute to operational KPIs• Maximize machinery operations and minimize waste• Coach and develop machine operators' technical skills• Remove and replace major electrical components• Troubleshoot wire and rewire relay logic• Assist in troubleshooting with basic PLC knowledge• Isolate machinery and reinstall electrical components• Perform preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring• Operate mechanics, pneumatics, and motion control systems• Establish power distribution systems and electrical control circuits• Install electrical drive systems and control loops• Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures• Use performance measures to identify and prioritize losses in production• Address problems using appropriate tools and techniques• Adhere to company GMP policies• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required• 2 to 4-year degree in industrial technology or related field preferred• 3-5 years' experience in maintenance field• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company and World Class Manufacturing• Employment subject to pre-screening tests
Key Skills Needed
• Technical skills in maintenance and troubleshooting• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and motion control• Basic understanding of PLC systems• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring• Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical control circuits
