Kelly Services is collaborating with a multibillion-dollar, prominent global leader who specializes in enhancing consumer and business communications. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will have the crucial responsibility of overseeing a group of maintenance and production team members.

You'll be: Managing a team of direct maintenance reports, including shift supervisors and preventative maintenance supervisors; 30 to 40 direct reports total including production team reports Maintaining a strong presence on the production floor, ensuring KPIs, metrics, and team performance are met Effectively managing personnel-related issues and optimizing team performance Providing training and development opportunities for department personnel Supporting production mechanics and ensuring a constant production workflow Utilizing technician tracking database/system to track service requests and optimize team performance Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all supported equipment and monitoring preventive maintenance records Staying informed of new technology and equipment used in production operations Assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the Department Director Meeting or exceeding cost per unit targets and optimizing parts inventory levels This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration Have at least 5 years of production operations or manufacturing experience, with 3 years in a managerial capacity Possess proven leadership skills and the ability to develop associates Have strong technical/mechanical skills and the desire to continue developing those skills Electrical/mechanical and electronics repair a plus Have strong PC/systems skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Possess strong analytical and project management skills Helping you discover what's next in your career is what we're all about, so let's get to work.
