Requirements Qualifications: Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience. Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience. Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes. Proficiency in maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
