Responsibilities
• Supervises and ensures proper maintenance of property and grounds• Safely supervises and directs maintenance staff• Maintains property operating budget and reviews work orders• Develops schedules and coordinates make-ready program• Coordinates with vendors and contractors• Implements preventative maintenance plan• Walks property weekly and manages repair process• Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience• Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance preferred• Valid Driver's License• EPA or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred• Successful completion of background check and possessing a valid driver's license
