Responsibilities
• Manage daily activities of maintenance staff and contractors• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to meet safety and maintenance standards• Develop and modify preventative maintenance plans• Direct and facilitate equipment upgrades• Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred• High level of focus and attention to detail• Experience in high power electrical systems, PLC training, CMMS's is a plus• Ability to lead a team and achieve targeted goals• Minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience preferred
