Responsibilities
• Maintaining the physical integrity of the community• Insuring a clean and well maintained living environment• Anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property• Implementing procedures to prevent problems• Supervising and ensuring proper maintenance of the property and grounds• Maintaining property operating budget• Reviewing and completing work orders in a timely manner• Developing schedules and managing make-ready program• Coordinating with vendors and contractors• Implementing preventative maintenance plan
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience• Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting preferred• Valid Driver's License• EPA or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred• Successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver's license
