Decision Making Thoroughness Time Management Troubleshooting Summary/Objective: The Maintenance position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty maintenance; performs related work as assigned. Job Description Role and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due Maintain record or log of all work completed by equipment (drum, oven, etc.) Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building Team player Qualifications and Education Requirements * High School degree or GED
1 year or more experience in maintenance or equivalent trade education Preferred Education and Experience: 3 or more years of experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications Excellent technical skills Knowledge and experience with measurement tools Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO Experience in data collection and analysis Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Electrical background or license Plumbing experience HVAC experience Work Environment Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
