Maintenance/Grounds Keeper

What you will do You'll be grounds keeping, cleaning, raking, pressure washing, weeding, sweeping, planting, etc. Pool cleaning, minor filter maintenance and unwanted objects removal Mini Golf course minor repairs including minor repairs to pyrotechnics Daily use of backpack blower to clean patio and go-kart tracks Assist mechanic as needed in go-kart and bumper boat repairs, maintenance and cleaning/polishing Perks Flexible Schedule Leadership that cares about your personal growth and development. Must have reliable transportation. Must have experience with hand tools and power tools. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and fix basic maintenance issues. Two years of experience in maintenance work preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or greater. Must be physically capable to work while kneeling, bending, reaching, standing, climbing ladders, and walking extended periods of time. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be comfortable on a ladder. Experience with a scissor lift is a plus. Must be highly trainable in a wide variety of responsibilities. Must have a safety mindset.
