Maintenance Generalist

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position? Must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years
What are the nice-to-have skills? The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals. Applicant must have strong communication skills. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.
