• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems• Manage preventive maintenance schedules• Solve problems and ensure high standards of quality and safety• Collaborate with team members• Communicate effectively• Follow preventive maintenance background preferred• Read, write and understand English
Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper• Certification in pool operation preferred• Valid driver's license preferred• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
