Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Maintenance Engineer II at our facility you will have the opportunity to be both an expert in your field and a caregiver, providing important services for our patients and staff. Every role has an impact on our patients' lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. You will joining an impressive team that prides themselves on keeping our hospital functioning well and looking its best. In this role:

You will assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital in good repair.

You will perform minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance.
·
You will assist the HVAC technician in maintaining
and repairing HVAC controls and associated equipment to maximize efficiency levels in all environmentally controlled areas.

You will assist in maintaining and repairing Boilers, DA tanks, and associated equipment to maximize efficiency of steam generation operation
·
You will perform
urgent corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as required.

You will
assist in replacing, installing, repairing and testing electrical circuits, equipment, appliances and lighting systems as required.

You will
perform manual duties as requested (i.e., moving supplies or furniture, replacing light bulbs, removing trash or scrap material).

You will
Maintain routine records of all inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system.
Qualifications:
Four years of experience in a maintenance environment.
High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
Valid Driver's license.
