•?????????Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test a wide variety of instrumentation (including but not limited to transmitters, actuators, environmental analyzers, sensors, Encoders, potentiometers, meters, tubing and control valves) for improved reliability and uptime. •?????????Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and metering control instruments to include but would not be limited to control valves, transmitters, heat trace panels, cylinders, solenoid valves etc. •?????????Troubleshoots telemetry and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation of the telemetry system software and hardware. •?????????Read, interpret and perform wiring tasks according to specifications and schematics for the installation and repair of Corrugated equipment. •?????????Troubleshoot PLC, and software and hardware, making recommendations and performing software changes. •????????? Troubleshoots, repairs and installs wiring circuits, transformers, motors, variable frequency drives, Servo drives, protective devices, control devices, and lighting system in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. •?????????Safely work with a wide variety of precision hand and power tools related to field and shop work such as electronic and electric test equipment, etc. •?????????Work with other departments in the planning of and installation of new equipment and system upgrades. •?????????E&I Technicians perform a variety of maintenance related tasks in connection with the maintenance department to improve the reliability and uptime of equipment used in the Corrugating manufacturing process.

Basic knowledge and experience in computer usage. High School Diploma or G.E.D Must be able to work a variety of shifts Must be able to pass a multi-phase physical.
