Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Assistant performs the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. The Maintenance Assistant will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
Maintenance Assistant Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
