The Opportunity: Seeking a proactive Maintenance & Reliability Manager to enhance equipment performance, lead mechanical/reliability programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include managing our highly competent maintenance staff of journeyman E&I electricians, pipe fitters, and mechanics: up to 15 journeymen ranging from electrical, mechanical, pipefitting, providing technical support, and leading mechanical/reliability programs.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance on maintenance activities
- Maintane preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues
- Analyze equipment performance data and develop strategies to improve reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, schematics, and logic controllers
- Proficiency in project management principles and techniques
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and industrial maintenance best practices

Pay: $61,209.38 - $73,714.52 per year
