We are seeking a dedicated System Administrator (Macintosh) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Mac systems infrastructure while ensuring the utmost security, reliability, and user satisfaction. Your duties will involve troubleshooting, updates, and managing network operations. As the primary point of contact for Mac-related support, you will play a vital role in addressing hardware, software, server, network, and database issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new functionalities and ensure compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement software, hardware, network, and web technologies for project operations.
Conduct troubleshooting, updates, and revisions to uphold system integrity and user satisfaction.
Manage the organization's network and serve as the primary Mac help desk contact.
Execute queries, extractions, and report programming to meet evolving functional requirements.
Analyze project costs, prioritize network needs, and develop network systems analysis standards.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience supporting desktop environments with troubleshooting expertise.
Proficiency in configuring, managing, and maintaining network equipment.
Strong knowledge of Mac OSX in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with Apple integration in Windows environments and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Ability to follow and develop standard operating procedures.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Apple app development.
Experience with SharePoint.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Excellent client service, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Apple Certified System Administrator or Apple Certified Professional Certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Salary for this position ranges from $84,600 to $193,000 annually, based on location, qualifications, and experience.
