We are seeking a dedicated Macintosh (Mac) Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing software, hardware, network, and web technologies to support our project operations. Your duties will include troubleshooting, updates, and revisions to ensure maximum user satisfaction and system security. Additionally, you will manage our organization's network and serve as the primary point of contact for Mac-related technical issues. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless functioning of our systems and enhance overall productivity.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement software, hardware, network, and web technologies.
Troubleshoot, update, and revise systems to ensure maximum user satisfaction and security.
Manage the organization's network infrastructure.
Act as the primary help desk contact for Mac-related technical issues.
Conduct queries, extractions, and report programming to meet functional requirements.
Review and prioritize network needs, analyzing project costs and feasibility.
Develop network systems analysis standards and methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience supporting desktop environments, including troubleshooting.
Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining network equipment.
Proficiency in Mac OSX, including troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
Familiarity with Apple integration in a Windows environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Ability to follow and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Apple app development.
Experience with SharePoint.
Self-starter with excellent work ethic.
Strong client service, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Apple Certified System Administrator or Apple Certified Professional Certification.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Compensation:
Salary at our Company is determined based on location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually (USD).
