Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing strategic solutions leveraging our machine vision products.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for high-value accounts in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, anticipating challenges, and proactively addressing them.
- Create comprehensive account plans outlining long-term objectives and growth strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision, robotics, and/or automation solutions.
- Residence in the US within the central or eastern time zone, with up to 50% travel expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proximity to Detroit, MI, or Toledo, Ohio is preferred.
- Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing sectors is desired.
- In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and quotas.

USD 93,000.00 - USD 139,600.00 per year (Salary offered will vary based on location, skills, knowledge, and experience.)
