Job Details: Type: Direct Hire Pay: $20.59/hour Bonus: $400 Incentive;$200 after 30 days $200 after 90 days Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; May be required to work overtime and the occasional Saturday This is an onsite position in Mayville, WI. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior machine operator or production experience Leadership experience preferred Able to read and interpret blueprints Description: Perform production work on a variety of machines including NC/CNC machines loading and unloading parts and inspection of the parts to ensure quality. Must be able to make tool offsets in the machine control to maintain tolerances on the parts being produced. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerances. Responsible for the quality of the parts they produce and perform first-piece inspection, as well as subsequent inspections, to ensure overall quality. Responsible for taking care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and neat. Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.
