Machine Operator / Shop Technician

We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!
Basic operation of Drillteq V-500 CNC machine + Biesse Rover nesting CNC Homag Machinery knowledge a plus Reading of labels and confirming measurements using metric tape measure Matching of parts to a bill of materials Cleaning of parts, sorting parts, and quality control checks Inventory control and management, communication of missing parts Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications HS Diploma or GED: Trade or vocational school experience preferred Ability to read/interpret bills of lading and materials paperwork Perform basic mathematical measurements including using a tape measure Strong verbal and listening skills Able to work individually and in teams.  Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift Effectively communicate with leadership any material issues and/or mechanical breakdowns Detail oriented for precise quality control on each order Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch Understanding of safety protocols and requirements. Experience working in a warehouse, with woodworking machines (saw, router, drill press) and/or using forklift is a plus.
