Machine Operator Pay: $24+hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30PM-12AM

Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of experience operating and programming  CNC Lathe machines and/or operating Manual Mill machines in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and precision in machining operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description: Set up, operate and program CNC Lathe or Manual Mill machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components according to technical drawings and blueprints. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine attachments for each job. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC or Manual machines to ensure efficient and effective performance. Analyze and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure that finished products meet design specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with other members of the production team, including engineers, designers, and quality control inspectors, to ensure the timely completion of projects. Continuously improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and minimize errors. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
