MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING a Machine Operator for Resonac in the Greensburg, Indiana, area ! $17.00 / hour
Shifts: 2nd, 2:30PM – 11:00PM, Monday – Friday
**Must be willing and available to work OVERTIME as needed on Saturdays & Sundays**
Machine Operators are responsible for quality control, tracking, transporting, and packaging order items for distribution. Machine operators are highly organized, detail oriented, and observant.
Job duties: Logs all processing information and data with accuracy and full detail Completes tasks according to standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedules Maintains the good working condition of equipment and tools Promotes teamwork and safety in the warehouse Assists machine operator with daily functions Communicates daily with supervisor and production. Ensures all finished material is counted and placed in proper location. Skills & requirements: Experience in manufacturing or production preferred Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills computer skills Must be dependable & reliable Must pass drug screen and background check E-Verify employer Physical requirements: Must be able to stand 8 hours per day Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb, reach, crouch, operate a pallet jack, and perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities. Work environment: Industrial facility temperature controlled environment Dress code: Blue jeans or work pants, MS-IL t-shirt, safety glasses, steel toed shoes
