Responsibilities
• Recognition of nonconforming products and services• Shut down production processes when defective parts/material are found• Control and maintain the Roberts ISO-9002:1994 Quality System• Load bar stock into feeding mechanism or hand load individual machine parts• Start machine, engage feeds, and observe machine operation• Inspect workpiece to verify conformance to specifications• Adjust machine operation• Use statistical process control techniques• Maintain safety and good house-keeping
Requirements
• Mechanically Inclined• Experience on following machines preferred: Davenport, Acme, Gildemesiter, Euroturn• CNC, CNC operator, mill, lathe, CNC programmer
