Machine Operator (Level I)

Machine Operator (Level I) Overview We are seeking a Machine Operator (Level I) to join our team at our facility located in Rochester, NY, 14624. The ideal candidate should have a good amount of Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills and Mechanical Assembly Skills. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday - Thursday/ 3:15pm - 1:45am with $0.60 shift premium. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machines to ensure they function properly
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Assist in Operating machine properly, maintaining high production and a quality product, with minimum waste, while maintaining set goals of machine speeds
Assists in diagnosing problems on machines and corrects immediately, to keepsmooth production flow.
Qualifications Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Able to work Monday - Thursday/ 3:15pm - 1:45am Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred Two years of work experience in a related industry Ability to read measuring tools Mechanical Assembly Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills You should be proficient in:
